Lewis Swezy began his career as a real estate salesman, broker, and investor, quickly recognizing the need for affordable housing development. He obtained a General Contractor’s License and expanded his pursuits to include real estate development, construction, and property management. 

As the Principal of the Developer and Management company, he oversees the full spectrum of real estate development, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring high-quality construction and sustainable property management practices. 

As a Qualifier for Certified General Contractor R.S. Construction, Lewis Swezy has been instrumental in developing and managing multi-family housing units, focusing on projects that enhance local communities. 

His dedication to constructing affordable housing has contributed to neighborhood revitalization, job creation, and improved quality of life for countless families.

Philanthropic Entrepreneur

Beyond his work as a real estate developer, Lewis Swezy is deeply committed to philanthropy. Through the Swezy Family Foundation, his personal grantmaking foundation, he has supported numerous nonprofit organizations dedicated to social impact. His philanthropic contributions have benefited the Alzheimer’s Association, American Lung Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters, American Red Cross, The Kristi House, and Best Buddies.

Lewis Swezy’s latest project aims to build a 132-unit affordable housing development in the Princeton neighborhood, an endeavor which would bring much needed housing for low income families in the community.
